I love CNN.  They have the most current, and innovative forms of communication and story writing than any other news broadcasting company. Although, I do love Keith Olbermaan on MSNBC.  Especially since he writes his own material.  Anywho, they recently had a huge event called “Heroes: An All-star Tribute to Everyday Heroes”.  Click here to view the Photo Gallery of the Event. Of course, I have to mention the ultimate hottie on CNN, Anderson Cooper.  He is the best thing to happen to news anchors since Matt Lauer.  He always looks so fresh and ready to educate and intrigue our minds.  I hate to read about his sexuality being questioned in all the major What does his sexuality have to do with his credentials, storylines, or impact he has on his audience?  I mean is that really important?  Is that a qualification now to be on television?  It’s a shame, because we should put forth more effort on his positive affects in the media.

Rosario Dawson was seen with him that evening.  I don’t know how people always claim she’s one of America’s beauties.  I mean, she’s pretty, but I wouldn’t call her gorgeous.  If you see her pictures, she’s not all that attention getting.  Sure, she’s got talent, but really, a top beauty in the United States?

There were a ton of other celebrities and personalities in attendance as well, Tyra Banks, Glenn Close, Mira Sorvino, Jimmy Smits. But the highlight of the evening of course were the nominees and Honorees themselves. People like Wesley Autrey , the guy who jumped in front of NYC Subway Train to save a Teen’s life, nearly losing his own.  Sister Rosemary Nyirumbe from Uganda who’s Tailoring school has changed the lives of hundreds of Young girls abducted by the Lord’s Resistance Army in the nation. Other honorees included Matthew and Alexandra Reeve, Steve Peifer, and Peter Kithene.  These are all truly amazing individuals.  Make sure you check out the photos.
