So I’ve been following all of these pregnancy rumors about Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Lopez and Halle Berry. Is it just me or is Hollywood going “Goo Goo Gaa Gaa”?  I don’t remember getting pregnant the new “it” thing.  But apparently times have changed.  I remember when women used to hide their pregnancies, now they flaunt it.  But I must admit, I am disturbed by the fact that people deny being pregnant.  Why?  I understand if you are a female trying to get a job, or a female going through maybe marital problems, or whatever.  But both Christina Aguilera and Jennifer Lopez have been denying their pregnancy for a while now.  Do they think we’re stupid?

I mean both Christina and Jennifer normally wear clothes that I know they can’t breathe in, all of a sudden they start wearing these larger than life Kimono’s!!  Paris Hilton even congratulated Christina at a party in L.A.  Is this announcement going to hurt her career?  I don’t think so.  But during an interview with a British magazine, she makes the announcement that she’s pregnant.  Why to them?  Why not on the Today Show like that other lady? Jennifer Lopez just announced her pregnancy on the last day of her tour.  She claims she didn’t want any distractions from her tour.  Distractions are what she needs.  Am I the only one who knows Jennifer can’t sing!! Her back up singers do all the work.  Please!!  Had she made that announcement earlier, she might of helped her tour be even more successful.  But I guess you have to get pregnant and hide it to be part of the cool crowd these days. 

I guess I’ll be waiting for when Eva Longoria makes her denial, then her announcement.  You’ll see....
