Placing Your First Order
Placing an order with Kanemarie.com is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online.
Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order. If you have any problems when following these steps, please read our Troubleshooting Tips.

1. Find the Items You Want
First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. You will also find links that allow you to browse by department in the right navigation bar, where you then have the ability to narrow by category, artist or designer, price, and other more specific filters. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.
2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart (My Items)
If you want to order an item from Kanemarie.com, click the "Add to My Items" button on the item's product detail page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, use the cart's top navigation bar or the "Continue browsing" button to keep browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "My Cart" link at the top of every page of our Web site, or by clicking the "My Items" box located in the right navigation bar.
3. Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the "Remove" button. When you're ready to place an order for everything in your cart, click the "Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.
The instructions below outline each step of our online order form. If at any point you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please consult our troubleshooting tips.
4. Sign In
When you reach the checkout page your can either Sign In if you've alreay setup an account, or click "Checkout as Guest" to proceed faster. If you'd like to register a new account, type in you email and password and an account will be created for you. When you've made your selection click "Continue" in the bottom right corner.
5. Enter your Billing & Shipping Details
Next, type in your billing details. If your shipping address is the same as your billing address, click the checkbox next to "Ship to This Address" to skip ahead. Please make sure your billing details are correct to handle your order more efficiently.
6. Choose Shipping Method
Once your shipping address has been saved, your can then choose your shipping method. Kanemarie.com ships via UPS, with transit options for Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Air Delivery. All orders placed by 2pm will be shipped the same day. Also take note that any orders over $150.00 qualify for Free Ground Shipping.
7. Provide Payment Information
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept American Express, MasterCard & Visa Credit Cards. All orders must be prepaid. Make certain to enter your credit card number without spaces or dashes.
8. Review & Place Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided. If you need to make changes, use the Order Progress Panel on the right side of the page. When you are ready, click the place order button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.
9. Check Your Order Status
If you would like to review or change something about the order you placed before it enters the shipping process, click the My Account link at the top of most pages on our site. Here you will be able to get an update on your order and manage your other account details.
