If something is wrong with an order we certainly want to help you. Please read the information below for more on how to proceed.
Do you need to cancel or change an order that has not yet entered the shipping process? Find out how to cancel an item from an order or change shipping or billing information.
Did you receive a damaged or defective item? If the item has been damaged or is defective follow the instructions listed here for requesting a replacement and making a return.
Did you receive the wrong item or an item you didn't order? You can double-check your order by going to My Account, clicking on the "View orders" link and examining the appropriate order. You may also check the packing slip to verify the contents of what was sent to you. If in fact you have received a wrong item, please contact us.
Are you missing an item? Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently we may have split your order into multiple shipments, which we would indicate on the packing slip. Visit the relevant order summary in My Account for estimated delivery dates for every shipment associated with your order.
Wondering where your order is? If you have not yet received your order at all and think that you should have by now, visit the relevant order summary in My Account in the "View orders" section. Here you will find estimated delivery dates and shipment tracking numbers once the carrier has made them available.
